We are currently recruiting an experienced Management Accountant for our Bookkeeping & Virtual CFO team (PT Ignite) at our Toowoomba office. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Bookkeeper/Management Accountant is responsible for overseeing the provision of management accounting services to clients, under the direction and supervision of the Head of Service Offering. This role will ensure a client centric approach where client expectations and compliance obligations are met and delivered on within required timeframes. Client payroll management BAS review IAS/PAYGW/Payroll tax review Management reporting review Superannuation review Responding to client and team queries Mentoring junior team members End of financial year reconciliations Assisting clients with regard to cashflow, budgeting and acquittals as needed Assist with entity reporting including but not limited to ACNC, Audit and Franchise Reporting Partnering with our clients to ensure the integration of processes, systems, and people – both finance and non-finance Attend to clients’ needs on-site as required What you’ll need to succeed: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a management accountant Exceptional customer service skills Exceptional communication skills High level time management skills Ability to work within a team environment and support others within the team High attention to detail and quality management skills Ability to live our core values What‘s on Offer: A culture that truly is second-to-none!
