The Opportunity: What You'll Do
This is an opening for a clinician who wants to practice at the top of their scope in a dynamic environment. We are seeking a Pharmacist for a full-time role (approximately 32 hours).
Note: As a community-facing role, flexibility to work some weekend shifts is essential to support our patients.
Your Professional Impact:
* Clinical Excellence: Provide expert counseling on prescription and OTC medications (S2/S3), ensuring optimal health outcomes for every patient.
* Dispensing Leadership: Supervise the dispensing process with precision, utilizing Z Dispense to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
* Professional Services: Drive the delivery of clinical services, including vaccinations, MedsChecks, and other health programs.
* Team Mentorship: Act as a clinical resource and leader for our pharmacy assistants (and possibly interns), fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Operational Integrity: Ensure high standards of clinical governance, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
