As an Educational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping early childhood education at Guardian Allara Street. You will lead curriculum development, support educators, and contribute to our centre's quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement curriculum in collaboration with Educators
Support Educators in program participation and assessment
Establish goals and expectations for teaching practices
Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Early Childhood Education (approved by ACECQA)
Current Teacher’s Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC, WA)
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
Experience in early childhood sector (preferred)
Valid Working with Children’s Check
