**Job description**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join the team within a Federal Government Agency based in Chermside. This role will be APS4 equivalent, Monday to Friday FT Business hours.
**The Role and Responsibilities**
Under general direction, the Administration Officer will provide operational and administrative support. The position will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice.
Responsibilities include:
- Research and responding to general enquiries and analysing documents and data
- Coordinating and preparing meeting minutes and papers
- Supporting the drafting of written communications and managing documents and databases
- Receiving, analysing and recording complaints and feedback
- Organising travel and finance reconciliation
- Participating in project management work
Key skills include:
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong engagement with multiple stakeholders
- Organisation and time management
- Experience in disability, health or aged care sector preferred
- Case management experience preferred
