Key Requirements of The Position
* Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with project specifications
* Prepare and maintain ITPs, quality records, test results and documentation
* Monitor materials, temperatures, lay rates, volumes, and production outputs
* Support supervisors and managers in managing crew resources, subcontractors, and plant/equipment allocations
* Assist with surveying, level checks, and setting out for pavement and asphalt works
* Track and report on progress, costs, variations, and productivity
* Ensure all activities adhere to safety, environmental, and traffic management requirements
