As a Trainer & Assessor at Highway Truck Training, you will deliver hands‐on driver training and competency assessments for HR, HC, and MC licence students. Your work will focus on safety, compliance, and best driving practices, while supporting and mentoring students to achieve confident, job‐ready outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver practical, hands‐on training for HR, HC, and MC licence students
* Conduct competency‐based assessments in line with regulatory standards
* Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and best driving practices
* Support and mentor students to achieve confident, job‐ready outcomes
Requirements (essential)
* Unrestricted HR, HC, or MC licence
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
* Instructor's Licence (Blue Book)
* Assessor's Licence for assessment duties
* Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant industry experience
* Strong communication and people skills
* Solid knowledge of road safety and compliance standards
* Valid working rights in Australia
