A Regional Sales Role for Farmers and Producers

This position is an exciting frontline sales opportunity where you will work with farmers in the Great Southern area of Western Australia. Reporting to the Division Fertiliser Manager WA - North, your focus will be on ensuring clients receive quality products, excellent service, and superior advice to increase crop yields and profitability.
About the Opportunity:
This role involves building solid long-term relationships with clients on farm, identifying needs, and providing solutions. You will also work with retail locations, external industry influencers, and build relationships with local communities across the Mid-West WA area to support overall business goals.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate experience in sales and business development, a passion for customer service, and relevant tertiary qualifications. Analytical and critical reasoning are required to respond effectively to customer queries and business needs. A curious mind, focus on continuous improvement, and previous experience implementing operational, quality, and customer service improvements are essential.
