Lauriston Girls' School is seeking a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Deputy Principal – Wellbeing, Deputy Principal – Learning and Innovation, and Head of Senior School. This role is responsible for managing key administrative functions including workflow coordination, meeting organisation, documentation and correspondence preparation, and event support, while maintaining a warm and welcoming presence as the first point of contact for the Senior School office.
This is a Full-time, ongoing role commencing June 2025.
The successful candidate will possess:
Previous experience working as an Executive AssistantPrevious experience in an Education environment (highly regarded)Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and interact effectively at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing tasks.Have a current Employee Working with Children check and Police Check (or be willing to obtain one)Benefits of working at Lauriston Girls' School:
