About the role:
Customer Development Managers (CDMs) report to a Channel Manager, and work closely alongside NAPA Branch Managers to build successful business relationships with target customers within their territory. With a sales focus, they work to proactively find solutions to customer problems and are responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of their territory.
