Service Advisor Job Description
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to all service customers. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing incoming service request calls and gathering information to enable service teams to carry out works.
* Manage service requests, ensure work orders are completed, updated, and correlated with technician times.
* Process purchase orders and invoice job cards into systems when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with clients, dealers, and colleagues.
* Provide proactive follow-up calls to customers after the delivery of machines or completion of work orders.
* Prepare customer quotes for service works in consultation with Service managers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have strong customer service skills, a polite and professional phone manner, and experience in an administrative support role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
* Experience in using ServiceMax and SAP software is also desirable.
