About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Finance Business Partner to join our team.
In this pivotal role reporting to the Managing Directors, you will drive financial performance, enhance data integrity, and provide high‑level financial insights across the Superyou and Melior businesses.

You will be a trusted advisor to operational leaders, bridging finance and strategy and ensuring compliance with all financial, regulatory and reporting requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about improving systems, processes and organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports with accuracy and compliance.

Manage ATO, BAS, GST and FBT compliance and submissions.

Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.

Oversee preparation of annual financial statements.

Conduct financial modelling and cash flow forecasting to support strategic planning.

Strengthen financial controls and ensure data integrity across teams.

Manage external audits and implement audit recommendations.

About You CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent).

Significant experience in finance business partnering or senior financial accounting.

Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and governance.

Proven capability in complex financial environments (NDIS or not‑for‑profit preferred).

Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Strong knowledge of financial and taxation legislation.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

NDIS Worker Screening Check & Orientation Module.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology use.

Experience with Lumary, Power BI or similar platforms.

Advanced data analysis and visualisation skills.
