About the role:

As the Sales Specialist Microsoft Azure Cloud, you will be responsible for accelerating Azure consumption revenue by aligning partner capabilities with Microsoft Azure solutions and go-to-market priorities. In this capacity, you will work closely with partners to identify growth opportunities, expand solution adoption, and achieve agreed revenue objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be:
* Identify and engage new and existing Synnex reseller partners to generate Azure Consumed Revenue through acquisition of new customers.
* Achieve assigned targets for net new ACR, customer adds, and Azure usage/consumption.
* Educate partners on Azure solutions, commercial models, and SMB-specific use cases to generate pipeline for net new Azure business and accelerate customer acquisition.
* Support partner onboarding to Azure programs and incentive frameworks in CSP.
* Drive partner-led pipeline growth through campaigns, events, and direct partner coaching.
* Help partners qualify, scope, and position Azure opportunities with SMB end customers.
* Co-sell with partners to close deals, leveraging Microsoft incentives and distributor value-added services.
* Collaborate with vendor, reseller partners, and internal Synnex teams with a focus on acquiring/activating new customers.
* Stay current with business requirements in product knowledge, program understanding, and certification.
* Report progress, outcome to business management.
Skills and Experience:
* Obtain and maintain relevant Microsoft Certification - AZ-900.
* 3+ years experience in a similar role with another distributor, vendor or reseller.
* Demonstrate previous experience or general knowledge of licensing and Cloud services.
* Ability to reach sales budgets and recruit new account.
* Demonstrate experience in sales engagement with channel partner.
* Demonstrate experience in upskilling and capability building with channel partners.
* Demonstrated experience in number and frequency of reseller partners and end customers activated in Azure and level of ACR growth.
* Ability to understand customer needs and requirements, as well as the market requirements and needs.
* Understanding of current programs & products and the ability of continuous learning, including becoming certified in relevant vendor certifications.
* Ability to deliver effective sales presentations and reports.
* A current drivers license and own vehicle is essential.
