Sales Assistant – Custom Printing & Embroidery
The Print Studio is a growing custom apparel printing and embroidery business based in Burleigh Heads. We have been in the industry for 7 years and are continuing to grow quickly, with our numbers doubling year after year.
We produce printing and embroidery in-house. We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our sales team and help manage incoming leads, create mockups, prepare customer quotes and convert enquiries into sales.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a good eye for design, confidence speaking with customers over the phone and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
About the role
You will be joining our sales team in our Burleigh office, where everyone works together to achieve team goals. We have a chilled but hard-working environment, with a strong focus on customer service, communication and sales performance.
Your daily tasks will include:
* Receiving and responding to customer enquiries
* Converting leads into sales
* Preparing quotes and customer follow-ups
* Creating product mockups for customers
* Converting artwork and logos into vector files
* Checking artwork quality and preparing files for production
* Communicating with customers via phone and email
* Working closely with the sales and production teams
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. This is mandatory, as the role requires converting customer files into vectors and creating accurate product mockups.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Confident using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* Experienced with vector files and artwork preparation
* Confident speaking with customers over the phone
* Friendly, professional and well-spoken
* Sales-driven and motivated by results
* Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
* A team player with good work ethic
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Available all days - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
