**YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL**:

Head of Client Services, Finecast or Client Services Manager

**KEY STAKEHOLDERS**:
Finecast Client Services Team, Finecast Operations Team, Finecast Engagement Team

**WHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING**:
In order for our business to work, you will be required to spend time of certain areas of the business and make sure that your direct reports do the same. Your key responsibilities are as follows:
**Product**
- Work with agency and relevant internal teams to work on opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell (and secure re-bookings)
- Work with CSM to retain business due to excellent campaign delivery and results
- Highlight campaign issues to the CSM where trouble shooting is required
- Prepare response to brief within agreed SLAs
- Organising IOs and managing opportunities in Salesforce

**Partnership**
- Build strong client relationships; be a trusted partner of the agencies across all things Finecast
- Assist your Client Services Managers
- Working closely with operations to ensure smooth booking and setting up of campaigns.
- Supporting client on-boarding sessions
- Chasing creative, working closely with agencies and the operations team
- Foster great agency relationships

**People**
- Promote open, collaborative, supportive and dynamic relationships throughout the agency and the network
- Develop team members careers through daily tasks, regular coaching and constructive feedback
- Develop strong relationships with all members of the local Finecast team

**Performance**:

- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
- Management and distribution of EOC reporting
- Prepare & present post campaign analysis
- Understanding Finecast proposition, how we pitch Finecast
