Overview
Client Director, Credit Solutions – Aon (Sydney, Australia). This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from Aon offices. The position reports to Aon's Head of Construction and is part of the Credit Solutions business in Australia.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Aon client service to Specialty clients.
* Develop and manage innovative, high-value, best-in-class solutions, services, capabilities, and expertise across Credit Solutions.
* Build and maintain a network of partners in local and international markets.
* Retain and grow Aon clients, including sales strategy development and execution within the Delivering Aon United framework.
* Contribute to and deliver the Aon Credit Solutions Products & Broking Strategy.
* Develop business plans for Surety Solutions in Australia and oversee product management and development of new credit products for the Australian market.
* Collaborate with colleagues and external partners (e.g., carriers) to meet client needs; proactively build strategic external partnerships.
* Work with construction and mining industry practice groups to deliver surety solutions that enhance IPG value propositions.
* Implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
* Design and deliver marketing activities aligned with regional plans and global Solution Line messaging.
* Deliver a set of best-in-class offerings aligned with global priorities; drive growth, innovation, performance standards and capability building.
* Mentor and develop the broader surety team.
