Our organisation is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in delivering high-quality support services to our clients living in the community.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our Care Managers to deliver a personalised support service that enables our clients to live their best lives. You will be responsible for providing daily living support, assistance with personal care, and promoting independence and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality support services to clients living in the community
* Work closely with Care Managers to develop and implement individualised support plans
* Provide daily living support, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
* Promote independence and autonomy in clients through goal setting and skill development
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care or equivalent qualification
* Minimum two years' experience in a support role
* Sound manual handling knowledge and ability to perform physical tasks as required
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively, prioritising multiple client needs and tasks
* A current Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes
