Job Title: Personal Home Care Worker
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Home Care Worker to provide support to our clients in their homes. As a Personal Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
You will also provide social support, transportation, and assist with domestic tasks, such as light household cleaning and laundry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care activities, including showering, dressing, and grooming
* Provide social support, transportation, and assistance with domestic tasks
* Monitor client well-being and report on progress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent qualification
* Australian Federal Police Clearance
* CPR/First Aid Certificate
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
