The Opportunity
We're seeking a technically minded Internal Sales Representative who loves problem-solving, products and innovation. In this role, you'll combine your sales ability with technical understanding to support customers, develop solutions and translate product insights between our sales, R&D and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries with technical product advice, pricing and solution support
* Work closely with internal R&D and Product Development teams to build deep product knowledge and relay customer feedback
* Assist in product training for internal teams and help develop technical resources (guides, training material, product sheets)
* Process sales orders and quotations, following up to convert opportunities into sales
* Support custom product requests by gathering technical requirements and liaising with engineering and manufacturing teams
* Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and assist with stock, lead times and delivery updates
What We're Looking For
* Experience in technical sales, internal sales, product support or a related role
* Strong technical aptitude — interest in mechanical, industrial or engineering-based products
* Ability to understand product specifications, drawings and explain them clearly to customers and team members
* Confident communicator — both verbal and written — with strong problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working collaboratively with R&D, sales, operations and suppliers
* Experience using CRM/ERP systems (knowledge of Exo or similar is an advantage)
* Willing and able to work 5 days a week from our head office in Marsden Park
