We’re recruiting for a well-established commercial real estate firm seeking a passionate and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their Gold Coast team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a premium portfolio while working in a supportive, qualified environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with owners/tenants, handle inquiries, and manage compliance and maintenance requests
- Provide admin and accounts support for portfolio management
- Assist with outgoing budgets, operating costs, and EOFY reconciliations
- Conduct lease renewals, option renewals, assignments, and rent reviews
- Schedule and conduct property inspections
- Manage rental and outgoings arrears effectively
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections and coordinate contractor access on site
Requirements:
- Experience managing commercial properties and understanding commercial leases
- Strong skills in budgeting, operating costs, and EOFY reconciliations
- Proficient in business English, both written and verbal
- QLD Certificate of Registration (or equivalent) and full driver’s licence
- Confident using property management software; Cirrus8 experience is a bonus
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Friendly, approachable, and solution-focused
- Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills
