We're looking for a Broker Assistant to join our team on a flexible part-time basis with the opportunity for the role to become permanent in the future.
The role is remote however the applicant needs to be based in Australia (preferably East Coast) and ideally have some experience in the finance industry.
This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working closely with clients, has great attention to detail, is very process driven.
What you'll be doing:
* Maintain and nurture our existing portfolio of clients
* Coordinate settlements from unconditional approval through to settlement
* Liaise with clients, lenders and other stakeholders
* Manage post-settlement client care
* Streamline processes between our mortgage broker and offshore team to enhance client satisfaction.
