Power Equipment Pty Ltd is seeking a forward-thinking, experienced National Marine Group Manager to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the General Manager, offers the opportunity to steer a dynamic portfolio of world-class marine brands, including:
Yanmar and John Deere Marine Engines – our flagship products
ePropulsion – leaders in electric marine propulsion
dTorque and COX – high-performance diesel outboards
PSS Shaft Seals, Gori, and Hundested – advanced propulsion and sealing technologies.

What You’ll Bring to the Helm
We’re looking for a strategic leader with deep marine industry knowledge and demonstrated success in national sales and team leadership.
Your strengths will include:
- A strong background in the marine industry, including hands-on experience onboard vessels or in design, build, or maintenance (highly regarded)
- Engineering or trade qualifications in mechanical or marine disciplines (highly regarded)
- Exceptional leadership, team development, and communication skills
- A detail-oriented, hands-on approach with a strong drive for results
- Strong digital literacy and comfort with modern technology
- High levels of initiative, adaptability, and reliability
- Commitment to OH&S; and workplace safety
- Willingness to travel interstate and internationally
