Child Protection Caseworker Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled Child Protection Caseworker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to reports of child safety concerns and work collaboratively with parents, family members, and other agencies to develop effective solutions.
* Provide support and assistance to families through home visits, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
* Engage in complex problem-solving and build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, or Welfare, along with relevant practical experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
* A valid driver's licence (P1 or above) and a paid working with children clearance number.
