Nextt is currently seeking mature and reliable female Disability Support Workers to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity in a SIL home in Ferntree Gully About the role This position involves supporting clients with complex care needs, requiring experience in dysphasia management, manual handling, medication assistance, and community access. The role also includes providing complex bowel care, wound care, BOC, continence management and changes, and safe client transfers. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to understand and implement Behaviour Support Plans.
