Working in a team environment, the role involves interpreting state regulations and laws related to health benefits and preparing documentation for distribution to health plan members. The position also entails working with teams to file documentation with Federal and State Insurance Regulators, maintaining high quality standards, drafting account-specific documents, reviewing non-standard document language requests, and coordinating staff training.
