With a brand new venue opening in Kawana Waters, we are on the hunt for a passionate and driven Venue General Manager to lead from the front, build an incredible team, and launch a venue that becomes the local go to from day one.
What You'll Do
* Take full ownership of the venue and set the tone for an exceptional guest experience.
* Motivate, coach, and develop your team to deliver their best every day.
* Maintain excellence in service, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
* Manage budgets, labour, and costs to ensure the venue performs at its peak.
* Build strong community connections through events, partnerships, and local engagement.

Who We're Looking For
* Experienced in hospitality or QSR, ideally with high volume or multi-site experience.
* Confident in managing budgets, P&L, labour, and costs.
* Energetic, resilient, and passionate about creating amazing experiences for both guests and your team.
