Capability Consultant (18-month Contract)Add expected salary to your profile for insightsSkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for an experienced Capability Consultant to join our People & Culture team on an 18-month fixed-term engagement to support a multi-year business-wide transformation program.About the roleReporting to the Culture Transformation Lead, this role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a Capability Framework for the Adelaide site to enhance workforce skills and organizational effectiveness. The role also involves supporting the business in adopting the capability framework and fostering a learning culture.About youYou will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with prior experience in capability development, workforce planning, or learning and development, preferably within highly regulated environments. Experience working in a matrix organization, synthesizing complex information, analyzing talent gaps, and proposing solutions are essential. You should have excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, familiarity with digital learning platforms and coaching methodologies, and a proven ability to drive organizational change and embed a learning culture. Certifications in coaching, training, or change management are desirable.
