**Sales / Service Manager - Trade Background Welcome**
**Location**: Perth, Western Australia
**Company**: Perth Rewind Industries - Electric Motor Repairs
Are you hands-on, reliable, and confident speaking with customers? We're looking for a practical, down-to-earth person to join our electric motor repair business in Perth as a **Sales / Service Manager**.
This is a **frontline customer-facing role** that ideally suits someone from a **trade or workshop background** - even if you've never worked in an office before. **Full training will be provided.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Book in jobs and create service tickets
- Learn to quote repairs, spare parts, and new product sales
- Source parts and liaise with suppliers
- Coordinate with Workshop Manager to manage workflow
- Support and work alongside our part time admin assistant
- Interact with a diverse customer base - from homeowners to industrial clients
- Handle a product range including:
- Swimming pool pumps
- Evaporative air conditioning parts
- Industrial sump pumps and motors
**About You**:
- Background in a **trade, mechanical or workshop role preferred but not essential**:
- **No office experience needed** - we will train the right person
- Confident and approachable communicator
- Willing to learn quoting, sourcing, and coordination
- Able to multitask and stay organised
- Team player who works well with admin and workshop staff
- Knowledge of motors or pumps is helpful but not essential
- Any experience in Business Development would be highly regarded but not essential

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
