About This Role
* Conduct thorough hearing assessments and provide maintenance for hearing aids (Full training provided)
* Deliver exceptional face-to-face and phone-based customer support
* Confirm and schedule appointments using diary management tools
* Identify and capitalize on external lead generation opportunities to drive customer engagement
* Support clinics in achieving optimal performance through data analysis and solution implementation
* Provide administrative assistance to audiologists and clinic staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Affable and passionate individual with prior experience in customer-facing roles
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient computer skills and technical aptitude
* Previous administration experience is an asset, with full training provided
* Sales experience is beneficial
