Dynamic Sales and Marketing Leader Wanted
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to lead our coal sourcing efforts in Australia, focusing on building strong relationships with key stakeholders for export purposes.
About the Role
* Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
o Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan's coal markets.
o Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
* Client Relationship Management:
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
o Serve as one of the key contact points for clients during the sales process.
* Business Development and Sales:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
o Manage and direct sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the value proposition of our coal products and services.
* Marketing and Brand Promotion:
o Develop marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and reputation as a reliable partner for coal sourcing.
o Participate in industry events, leverage digital marketing channels, and engage with key stakeholders to promote our capabilities and value proposition.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in high-level sales management in the thermal coal or a relevant sector.
* A well-developed network of relationships and clients.
* Knowledge of the Japanese/Korean Thermal and Metallurgical industry.
* Ability to work with different time zones.
* Willingness to travel to meet clients and key stakeholders.
