You will be expected to fully utilise your knowledge and experiences in project management to assist in overseeing and coordinating the design and sales, finance and construction delivery of each project.
There is also an opportunity in this position to assist in growing the group's pipeline.
You may be required to perform project due diligence and review new sites, and in time should have the ability to advance into a Senior Project Manager role taking on additional responsibility.THE OFFICEWhile this position is being advertised as primarily Geelong based, please note it will require 1-2 days a week working in our larger Melbourne based office in Cremorne.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEEDTo be successful in this role, you need to be a great team player and a well-rounded professional to work in this small yet experienced team.
It is preferable that you have a minimum of 3 years in project management or construction and have had exposure to construction design and delivery on similar-scale projects.
Great communication and negotiation skills are essential as you will be expected to act as the representative for the company to communicate and coordinate with all external stakeholders which include but are not limited to, project management consultants, architects, financiers, clients and the building contractor.
Construction design and delivery expertise will be highly regarded.
