Behaviour Change Facilitator
This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals and communities affected by domestic violence.
As a Behaviour Change Facilitator, you will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver a program aimed at changing the behaviour of men who use violence and abuse in relationships.
* Key responsibilities include facilitating group work sessions, contributing to risk assessments, safety planning and case management.
* You will also be responsible for managing crisis situations and providing emotional support to clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, culturally and linguistically diverse populations, and people with disabilities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilise your skills and experience to contribute to the safety and well-being of women and children impacted by family domestic violence.
