About the Role
This is a pivotal role supporting our commitment to operational excellence and safety across our delivery operations. You'll be supporting our network of delivery drivers, by leveraging telematics-based insights and alerts, managing safety alerts and providing meaningful insights to our branch and DC leadership teams. There are a range of duties from reporting and compliance, through to stakeholder management and driving best practice, supporting the Fleet Team and continuous improvements. This is a new role at Reece and will be supporting the rollout of telematics into our owned fleet in it's initial phases.
About you
You have experience working in Telematics and Fleet Management from implementing to monitoring and governing, along with some experience working as part of a Telematics or Fleet control tower providing reporting and insights on driver behaviour and engagement. Ideally you will have worked in a customer engagement role building relationships within a retail, warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment. A safety-first mindset is critical for this position, helping us reduce risk across the business.
