Role Description
This role is a critical part of our team, leading ad operations and overseeing the execution of all paid supplier campaigns across digital platforms. You'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative advertising solutions and driving campaign success.
* Strong understanding of CPC and CPM ad formats
* Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads or Google Paid Ads
* Proficiency in Meta Ads
* Excellent communication, organisation, and account management skills
* Experience in digital campaign reporting and optimisation
* Strong background in digital media planning & buying
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage ad operations across the business
* Plan and activate PPC/CPM campaigns via the retail media platform
* Run paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google
* Deliver campaign reporting and insights
* Liaise with suppliers, supporting both managed and self-service campaigns
* Take campaign briefs for website, loyalty, and digital assets outside the retail media platform
* Brief creative to studio teams and collaborate with channel owners to deliver campaigns (e.g. EDMs)
* Drive innovation by testing new ad formats and enhancing product offerings
