They are now seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their development team.
Your new role
As the Junior Project Manager, you will support the delivery of high‑quality construction and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and tenants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to organisational standards.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting end‑to‑end project delivery across new builds, fit‑outs, refurbishments, and infrastructure works.
* Coordinating with tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Reviewing drawings, CAD files, and issuing building owner approvals.
* Assisting with project supervision, compliance, security, environmental requirements, and defect rectification.
* Managing project documentation, electronic plans, and maintaining accurate filing.
* Liaising with Property and Project teams to achieve seamless project delivery.
* Conducting contractor inductions and supporting contract management activities.
* Monitoring and coding project budgets, capex, and recovery invoicing.
* Ensuring WHS compliance, incident reporting, and safety standards are upheld.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proactive, professional, and detail-oriented team member with strong organisational skills. You will demonstrate;
* A proactive, self‑starting mindset with the ability to work autonomously and identify priorities.
* Demonstrated experience in client-side project management or a related field
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts and project delivery frameworks
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative, team-orientated mindset
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline highly regarded
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, ensuring administrative tasks, invoicing and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time.
