**About the Role**
We are looking for a well-rounded Marketing Manager to support our BOQ Business and BOQ Finance brands. The key focus of this role is the development, implementation and measurement of marketing campaigns and initiatives that target business customers in direct and commercial broker channels. This role will work closely with our experts in digital, social & content and brand to create marketing initiatives that drive key marketing metrics and delivers on the objectives defined in each brand's business plan. Supporting our Senior Marketing manager, you'll play a key role in the delivery of an overall strategic plan which align to our growth targets and objectives whilst also being accountable for the product marketing plan for our key portfolios. We'll have you working with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external to realise out strategic plans and implement targeted initiatives. Maintaining these strong relationships is critical to the success of this role so you will need to rely on your strong stakeholder engagement qualities.
**About you**
We're looking for experienced marketing professionals for this role who ideally have a few years experience in a similar role. We would love to have someone coming from the Broker market however this is not a must, financial services experience will suffice. Equally as important for this role are strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Your ability to develop, maintain and grow relationships will be key to your success. We use the adobe suite here at BOQ, so a proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Analytics would be great. We also rely on Tools such as JIRA and Google Analytics to deliver our strategy.
