Based at our Dandenong site, you\'ll play a key role in delivering major road construction projects, with plenty of variety and the chance to travel to regional locations.
This is the perfect role for a recent graduate eager to make their mark in the industry and gain hands-on experience with an industry leader.
What you\'ll bringTertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related disciplinesExposure in civil road construction, stabilisation or surfacing industry highly regardedAbility to work away from home in regional areas frequentlySuccessful track record with planning, organising and time managementProven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutionsDemonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholdersEnthusiasm with an aptitude for seeking further opportunities to make a significant contributionDowner is a company that believes people are our greatest asset.
