About the Role: As a Psychosocial Youth Worker, you'll deliver tailored, non-clinical psychosocial interventions that support functional recovery across the Darling Downs region.
Working closely with Hospital and Health Service early psychosis teams, you'll provide holistic, youth-focused care that empowers young people and their families.
What You'll Do: Provide one-on-one and group psychosocial support to young people and their families.
Deliver psychoeducation and practical strategies to improve mental health and wellbeing.
Support re-engagement with education, employment, and day-to-day living.
Build strong partnerships with health services and community organisations.
Offer culturally safe, inclusive services for diverse communities.
Provide outreach support across the region.

Background in mental health support, ideally with young people and families.
Ability to develop and implement care plans and work independently.
Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
Certificate IV or degree in a relevant field (mandatory).
Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, driver's licence, and access to a vehicle.
