About the Opportunity
We're seeking experienced and driven sales professionals to help us deliver high-quality appointments to our nationwide client base.
This is an office-based role in Southport, QLD, working Monday to Friday with paid training and an immediate start.
You'll be provided with all necessary systems, including a noise-cancelling headset, and work in a fun, fast-moving, and supportive team environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
 * Calling warm, opt-in leads – no cold calling
 * Booking appointments with potential customers on behalf of our clients
 * Maintaining quality and accuracy in every call
 * Attending daily team check-ins and coaching sessions
 * Collaborating with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
The Ideal Candidate
 * Experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling
 * Confident objection handling and rapport-building skills
 * Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Meet, and dialing software
 * A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
 * Driven by targets and performance-based incentives
 * Hourly rate + weekly bonuses based on performance
 * Full-time casual contracts available (up to 37.5 hours/week)
