About The Role
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying, pursuing, and nurturing client opportunities. You will work closely with our leadership team to bring in new business while ensuring existing relationships remain strong.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across AEK Media's service offerings.
* Developing and executing outreach strategies to connect with potential clients.
* Coordinating the end-to-end sales cycle, including pitching, proposals and negotiations.
* Co‐ordinating internal marketing efforts with the in‐house marketing team.
* Maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring AEK Media's solutions align with their business goals.
* Collaborating with internal teams to provide clients with seamless service and exceptional results.
* Helping track and measure business development KPIs to inform future strategies.
* Maintaining and optimising our CRM platform (HubSpot).
* Managing marketing and events: organising internal & external events, creating and managing social assets & accounts.
* Providing mild PA duties such as answering calls, diary & email management, general office duties and meeting management.
About You
You are a relationship builder with a knack for uncovering opportunities and turning conversations into action. You thrive in a dynamic, results‐driven environment and are motivated by contributing to a bigger mission.
You Should Have
* 1–2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, client management or sales (agency experience preferred).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A results‐driven approach with an ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple opportunities at once.
* A proactive mindset and a desire to grow with the business.
* A basic understanding of digital marketing (bonus points if familiar with eCommerce).
