As a skilled Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality engineering designs for High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems. Our team requires an individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work closely with our Integrated Solutions team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing engineered solutions that adhere to Australian and International standards. This includes participating in site visits, engaging with clients and stakeholders, conducting power system modeling, and running complex engineering calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide engineered solutions for power generation, connections, and reticulation
* Participate in site visits and inspections
* Engage with clients and stakeholders
* Power system modeling and conduct studies
* Run complex engineering calculations and prepare technical reports
* Support design team with engineering drawings and reviews
Skills & Experience Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, minimum 3 years' recent HV/LV design experience, and training or experience with ETAP or SKM PTW. You should also have familiarity with AS standards and construction techniques, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and membership of Engineers Australia (MIEAust).
