**Administrative Coordinator** (Part Time Fixed Term Contract) provides a broad range of administrative support for the MSIR management team. This position reports to the Program Manager, MSIR and AOD Programs and works closely with managers and support staff in the MSIR to provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the MSIR.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Provide administrative support for the MSIR Management team and MSIR staff, including recruitment, onboarding of new staff, coordination of training
- Manage MSIR shared files and maintain database including accurate data entry, scanning and uploading of documents and filing.
- Manage stationery/office supplies, ordering and coordinating deliveries including donations
- Provide administrative support for external stakeholder meetings including room allocation, distribution of agenda and recording of minutes for MSIR Management Meetings
- Management and coordination of petty cash, Myki cards, cab charges and invoices
- Report and manage both repairs and required maintenance of the MSIR, monitor waste disposal/cleaning services and liaison with NRCH Facilities Manager and NRCH Administration Manager
**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**
**Essential Qualifications and Experience**:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be well regarded
- Administrative or office management experience preferably in medical, public health or drug and alcohol sector
- High level of computer proficiency including MS Office suite.
- Ability to manage own workloads, identify priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a pleasant and courteous telephone manner.
- Collaborative and confident attitude
- Operate with personal integrity and a values base that aligns with NRCH's values
- Able to engage successfully with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally across the sector
- Exceptional team player
