Key Responsibilities
* Wine Expertise - Stay up-to-date on our wine portfolio, producers, seasonal highlights, and perfect pairings for our menu.
* Customer Service - Provide top-notch service, assist with wine selections, and oversee daily bar operations.
* Sales & Merchandising - Assist with in-store displays, inventory management, and upselling to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
* Membership Management - Process sales, subscriptions, and online order pickups through our POS system.
* Store Operations - Help manage daily operations, including sales, inventory, merchandising, opening, closing, and logistics.
