About the Prospect
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with planning, preparation and delivery of effective learning and teaching programs, including technology and learning support activities
- Monitoring student progress and identifying learning areas to provide evidence‑based intervention strategies
- Improving student learning outcomes by supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborating with school specialists to organise and assist with intervention groups and coordinate services
- Documenting observation notes, intervention programs and preparing classroom materials
About You
To be successful you will bring relevant skills and experience including:
- Strong skills in planning, preparing and delivering effective teaching programs
- Ability to monitor student progress and apply evidence‑based interventions
- Expertise in supporting diverse learning needs and improving outcomes
- Collaborative skills to work with specialists and coordinate intervention groups
- Proficiency in documenting observations and managing intervention programs
- Certificate III in Education Support
- Open to non‑Catholic applicants
Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement
