You'll be speaking with
warm, highly qualified leads
who have already had a
5-minute conversation the day before

Your role? Turn interest into action by booking seen appointments with our senior consultants.
Every call counts. Every conversation creates impact.
? What You'll Be Doing
Speak with warm, pre-qualified leads —
no cold calling
Book appointments for our
Wealth Creation Consultants
Follow a proven, high-conversion script and process
Hit clear weekly KPIs and track performance daily
Communicate with leads between
9 AM – 7 PM (Melbourne time)
? What's On Offer
We keep it simple — the better you perform, the more you earn.
$200 AUD per seen appointment
Once you hit
5+ seen appointments in a week
, pay increases to
$300 AUD each
Unlimited earning potential
— top setters average
$120K+ per year
Remote role (work from anywhere)

You don't need property or finance experience — we'll teach you that.
But you do need the right attitude.
You:
Have strong English communication skills (UK, US, or Aussie accent — all fine)
Are driven by performance, not by hourly pay
Thrive on structure, speed, and hitting clear goals
Take feedback well and improve fast
Are reliable, consistent, and self-motivated
