We partner with our customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their portfolio of assets. We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.

Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.

What you'll do

* Integrate IMMR into P&IDs, line lists, and layouts with cross-discipline teams.
* Support HAZID/HAZOP; translate findings into inspection and maintenance plans.
* Ensure compliance of FEED outputs with standards and regulations.
* Contribute to lifecycle cost, maintenance planning, and offshore intervention scopes.
* Manage offshore monitoring programs (corrosion, structural, vibration, condition).
* Analyse inspection data, perform assessments, and recommend mitigations.
* Develop maintenance strategies using RCM and risk-based methods.
* Maintain CMMS (SAP/Maximo), track compliance, and manage backlog.
* Drive reliability via RCA, FMEA, RAM, and failure trend analysis.
* Provide IMMR expertise, mentor engineers, and liaise with regulators and contractors.

What you'll have

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Offshore or Reliability Engineering (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in offshore oil & gas IMMR roles, with demonstrable FEED and operational interface experience.
* Strong knowledge of Australian offshore regulations (e.g., NOPSEMA, AS/NZS standards).
* Proficiency in CMMS (SAP/Maximo), RBI tools, and reliability modelling platforms.
* Certifications in API 580/581, NACE, or equivalent (preferred).
* Chartered status (CPEng or working toward) desirable.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
* Proven ability to work across FEED and operational phases of asset development.
* High commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence in offshore environments.

Why you should apply

* ASX listed global energy leader
* Join a fun and inclusive, global team of professionals
* Competitive rem & employee benefits.
* Enjoy a varied & challenging role.
* Take advantage of our global on-line learning platform
* Career development opportunities beyond this role.
