We're looking for an exceptional Team Leader to join our Indooroopilly Store and help turn customer travel dreams into reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
- Ensure that KPIs are met and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and cross‐selling
- Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
Who are you?
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
- Minimum 2 years of retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel industry
- GDS experience
- Exceptional focus on details, adept problem‐solving skills, and thrive under pressure
- Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organising tasks efficiently
