We're looking for an experienced Workshop Service Supervisor to lead our mechanical workshop in Emerald, supporting our John Deere customers and leading a skilled team of technicians.

In this hands‐on leadership role, you will:
* Lead daily workshop operations, allocating work to maximise productivity
* Plan and schedule repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance work
* Provide technical oversight and quality checks on completed jobs
* Be the main point of contact for workshop customers, including estimates and progress updates
* Coach and support technicians, promoting safe and efficient work practices
* Coordinate closely with parts, service, and field teams to keep work flowing
What We're Looking For:
* Trade qualifications in Mechanical, Diesel, or a related field
* Experience supervising or leading technicians in a workshop environment
* Strong planning, communication, and customer service skills
* A calm, solutions‐focused approach with a strong safety mindset
* Confidence using service and job management systems
Relevant licences or certifications will be requested during the recruitment process if required.
