Financial Professional for Medical Equipment Supplier
We are seeking an experienced Financial Professional to provide financial expertise and support for our medical equipment supplier business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record daily transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and update general ledgers.
* Prepare monthly and annual reports, along with management summaries.
* Handle BAS lodgment, GST, and ensure compliance with ATO regulations.
* Process salaries, manage superannuation, and oversee statutory deductions.
* Regularly reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial insights.
* Implement internal controls and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.
Skill Set:
* Strong experience with MYOB Accountright Premiere software.
* Proven ability to manage bookkeeping, AP/AR, and general ledger updates.
* Expertise in preparing financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.
* In-depth knowledge of tax compliance, including BAS lodgment, GST, and ATO regulations.
* Experience in payroll administration, including processing salaries, superannuation, and statutory deductions.
* Ability to perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
* Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights.
* Familiarity with internal controls and coordinating with auditors and tax advisors.
