* Key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operational matters between dnata catering and its customer airlines, establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers, and ensuring that all records and data are accurate and up-to-date.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing expert advice to customer airlines on all facets of service delivery, including logistical and customs information, and will be required to establish communication service standards and implement company productivity, quality, and customer service standards in accordance with contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
* A strong track record of success in a similar role, preferably within the aviation or hospitality industry, is essential, as is the ability to obtain an ASIC pass and an Airside Driver's License, and a clear National Police Check.
