Descon Co is seeking a **Labourer** to join our professional rendering team. We specialise in high-quality rendering and venetian plastering services and are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to support our team on-site.
**About the Role**:
- Assisting the rendering team with general site duties.
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment, including render pumps.
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and organised.
- Supporting the team in delivering high-quality finishes.
- Opportunity to learn and develop skills to progress into a renderer role.
**Requirements**:
Must be located on the Gold Coast.
Must have a **valid driver's license and own transport**.
Must hold a **valid White Card** (Construction Induction Card).
Previous experience in labouring or construction is preferred but **not essential**.
Reliable, physically fit, and willing to learn.
